Popular Text Banking lets you easily and securely request up-to-date information about your account by sending a text message (SMS) on your mobile device.1 With our simple text commands, you can check your account balance, view your recent history, and more.
To use text banking commands with your Popular Bank account, you will first need to enroll your mobile number.
Sign in to your Popular Online Banking account and go to
All → Settings → Mobile Banking
Click the Add Text Banking button and provide your mobile carrier and number. After reviewing and agreeing to the terms, click the Enroll button.
You will receive an SMS message with your activation code from 81563. Enter the code in your browser to complete your enrollment. Please be certain to only enter the 6-digit code. Your account will not be enrolled in Text Banking until verification is complete.
Text these commands to 81563 to access your Popular Bank account through SMS message. For the most complete list of available commands, send a text message with the C command.
Text banking is a convenient way to stay connected to your Popular Bank account when you need it.
