Performance Evaluations

The Community Reinvestment Act requires the bank’s regulators (Federal Reserve Bank of New York [FRBNY] and the New York State Department of Financial Services [NYSDFS]) to assess our record of meeting the credit needs of the community. Upon conclusion, a written CRA Performance Evaluation is prepared.

A positive contribution to the community is reflected in a good rating.
