  • Enable text commands2 that allow you to view account balances and recent transactions on your mobile phone.

  • You can sign up for Online Banking in a few simple steps.

    • Select the type of account you're enrolling
    • Provide your account number or card number and PIN, as applicable
    • Accept the terms and reenter your information for verification

  • Popular Online Banking services are available to account holders and co-signers for the following account types:

    • Checking accounts
    • Savings accounts
    • Certificates of deposit (CDs)
    • Money market accounts
    • Loan accounts
    • Lines of credit
  • To enroll in paperless statements, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to Documents. Scroll down to read and accept the terms and agreements.

    Please note: You must enroll in paperless statements to view your statements online. Once you have enrolled in paperless statements, you will no longer receive mailed paper statements. You can opt-out of paperless statements and resume receiving mailed statments at any time through Online Banking.

  • To access your bank statement online, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to Documents. You will also receive a monthly email when your latest online statement is ready to view.

    Please note: You must enroll in paperless statements to view your statements online. Once you have enrolled in paperless statements, you will no longer receive mailed paper statements. You can opt-out of paperless statements and resume receiving mailed statments at any time through Online Banking.

  • To set up account alerts, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to Customer ServiceAlerts.

  • Yes, to pay your bills online, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to Bill Pay.

    • To add a payee, go to  Pay someone new
    • To send a payment, select the payee(s), enter the amount and payment date, and click Make Payments
  • Yes, to pay your bills on our mobile app, sign in to Popular Mobile Banking and go to → Pay Bill.

    • Before you can send a payment in the mobile app, you must first set up one or more payees in Popular Online Banking.
    • To send a payment, select the payee(s), enter the amount and payment date, and click Make Payments
  • Yes, to deposit a check on our mobile app, sign in to Popular Mobile Banking and go to → Deposit.

    • You will need to include front and back images of the check and the check amount
    • Make sure you’ve signed and endorsed your check before taking front and back images
    • You will receive an email confirmation of your mobile deposit at the email address you provide
  • You can instantly and easily transfer money between your Popular Bank accounts from Popular Online Banking or our mobile app.

    • In online banking, go to ⇄ Transfer
    • In our mobile app, go to → Transfer
  • To make an external transfer online, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to ⇅External Transfer. External transfers are intended for transferring funds between accounts for which you are the primary account holder. If you need to send funds to someone else, please use Zelle® 3 or Bill Pay.

    • You will first need to link up to 2 external bank account(s) to use for external transfers
    • If you need to change your external transfer accounts, please contact our Customer Care Center
    • External transfers can only be done online and are not available on our mobile app
  • Yes, to set up a recurring external transfer online, sign in to Popular Online Banking, and go to  All → Move Money → Recurring External Transfers.

    • You will first need to link up to 2 external bank account(s) to use for external transfers
    • If you need to change your external transfer accounts, please contact our Customer Care Center
    • External transfers can only be done online and are not available on our mobile app
