Evette Monteith started her career in mortgage more than 25 years ago and has worked in analytics, underwriting and, most recently, sales. She is an experienced loan officer with a passion for helping her clients realize their dreams of home ownership. She works closely with non-profit and affordable housing organizations educating first time homebuyers on the mortgage process and expectations.
Throughout her career, Evette has received several CRA lending awards, including a designation as a Hall of Fame Loan Officer with the State of New York Mortgage Agency, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education for Family and Community Service from Ashford University.
