We want to assure you that your safety, as well as that of our branch teams, remains our top priority.
In line with the safety measures strongly recommended by local, city and state governmental officials, we have adjusted our operating hours in our physical branches to reduce our employees’ and customers’ risk of exposure to coronavirus / COVID-19.
As the situation continues to develop, our branch network operating hours are subject to change.
As of July 9, 2020, all of our South Florida branch locations will be drive-thru only. To meet with a banker please call to schedule an appointment. Our New York and New Jersey branches remain open Monday through Friday with social distancing measures in place. All branches will remain closed on Saturdays until further notice. Our Customer Care Center continues to provide full service during operating hours. Online and Mobile Banking are also available 24/7.

We are prepared in the event of a confirmed potential COVID-19 exposure in any of our branches. Please see our Branch Health and Safety Commitment for more information regarding our protocols in place.
We have strengthened our controls across our branches and corporate offices, including additional cleaning and other measures.
We have supplied hand sanitizers to all branches for use by our customers and employees.
We are continuing to educate our employees on how to prevent the spread of coronavirus / COVID-19 and are establishing protocols that help us effectively respond to virus-related scenarios.

For new users, download our Popular Mobile Banking app on Google Play™ and the Apple App Store™ to deposit checks, pay bills, transfer money, locate the nearest ATM, and send and receive money with People Pay.

We will automatically waive all transaction fees for customers who use a Popular Bank or a foreign ATM.1 Allpoint network ATMs remain surcharge free.2
