Access your account

First-time users

When you first sign in to Popular Card Manager, please change your account password and create a Security Account. You will then be prompted to set up security questions and answers. These steps ensure the integrity of your security ID and are required.

Multi-factor authentication

Each time you sign in to Popular Card Manager, the system will perform multi-factor account authentication, which protects you further against account compromise. Should you sign in from another device or IP address, you will be asked to perform out-of-band authentication (OOBA) to confirm your identity and enable your access.
